After care is just as important to us as your first visit

Stringers offers a comprehensive one year warranty on all new or antique instruments (this excludes educational level second hand instruments). There are a few small bits that are not covered by our warranty so please continue reading to find out more.

This warranty covers any faults inherent in the instrument. Including but not limited to;
Unglued seams, unglued fingerboards, tailpiece breaks, shrinkage cracks*, tail gut snapping, loose bass bar, end pin screw issues, bridge warping.

Things that are excluded from our warranty are:
Snapped strings, snapped bridge, broken pegs, damage to the instrument caused by a knock, drop or impact, varnish damage caused by misuse (e.g. scratches, being left in direct sunlight).
